John Patrick Carroll

John Patrick Carroll (b. at Dubuque, Iowa, 22 February 1864 - d. at Helena, Montana, U.S.A., 4 November 1925) was an American Catholic priest, who became the second Bishop of Helena, Montana, U.S.A. He was ordained a priest on 7 July 1889 and was consecrated the second Bishop of Helena on 21 December 1904.[1][2]

Legacy

The diocesan college, Carroll College, is named for Bishop Carroll.[3]
